Each coaching tier is built using The Winning Edge Method and designed to help you progress smoothly to the next level, with different support options depending on how much structure or guidance you want.

E-Grade Rider Profile

Ride Duration: <2 hrs/wk
Typical Riding: 1-2 Endurance Rides
Rider type: New or returning rider building foundational fitness

On-Bike Training

Build the early cycling habits, foundational fitness, fundamental skills, confidence, and aerobic base that allow your fitness to grow steadily and sustainably — setting you up for long-term progression and future performance.

Strength Training

Develop foundational strength, movement quality, and body awareness through simple, effective strength sessions that improve stability, resilience, and confidence — preparing you for more advanced training as you progress.

Nutrition

Establish reliable, supportive nutrition habits that improve energy, recovery, and day-to-day wellbeing — building a strong foundation that helps you feel better on and off the bike while setting the stage for long-term progress.

Lifestyle

Create supportive routines that help cycling fit naturally into your life — building the consistency, balance, and momentum needed for sustainable growth and future performance.

A Winning Edge Method beginner program — expertly designed, simple to follow, and built for confidence.

Tier 1 is a pre-made, non-individualised program created using the same Winning Edge Method principles behind my full coaching system. You receive a professionally designed, evidence-based training plan, without needing ongoing coach communication.

Perfect for riders who want high-quality structure and guidance, while training independently.

Support Style:

  • Self-managed with no coach communication, but every session includes simple, clear instructions so you always know what you’re doing and why.

What’s Included:

  • Road & eSports Options:
    Choose between road sessions or indoor eSports/smart-trainer sessions each week.
  • Strength & Conditioning:
    Two beginner-friendly strength sessions per week using bodyweight and minimal equipment.
  • Foundational Nutrition Guide:
    A simple, beginner-friendly nutrition plan to help you fuel your training, build consistent habits, and understand what to eat before, during, and after rides.
  • Built-In Education:
    Each session includes clear instructions, training purpose and nutrition education to help you fuel well, support your health, and understand the basics of nutrition for cycling.

    Your full 12-week program is loaded into your TrainingPeaks calendar — ready to follow.

Tier 2

Personalised Performance

$110/week
24 weeks – $2,640 total

A personalised coaching experience built entirely around your life, your goals, and your starting point.

Tier 2 provides a fully individualised training program designed specifically for your lifestyle, fitness level, and development stage. Everything follows The Winning Edge Method, ensuring a structured, guided progression without the confusion of trying to figure it out alone.

This tier is ideal for riders who want personal support, tailored training, and a coach to guide them — without the intensity of Tier 3.

Support Style:

  • You have message access when you need help, guidance, reassurance, or adjustments — plus a fortnightly Microsoft Teams call for deeper review and planning.

What’s Included:

  • Cycling Coaching + Strength & Conditioning:
    You receive both a personalised cycling program and strength training program using bodyweight and minimal equipment tailored to your needs, confidence, schedule, and environment.
  • Adjustments When Life Changes:
    Your plan adapts to work, family, illness, fatigue, or stress as required.
  • The Winning Edge Method Structure:
    Every element is grounded in evidence-based progression, with clarity and purpose built into your program.
  • TrainingPeaks Premium:
    Full access for structured tracking and communication.

High Performance Coaching

The highest level of personalised support and structure for riders who want complete clarity and confidence at every step.

Tier 3 is the most comprehensive coaching experience available. You receive full-access support, frequent communication, integrated strength coaching, nutrition coaching, and training updated as required, ensuring everything aligns perfectly with your life and performance goals.

Ideal for riders who want full involvement from their coach and the highest confidence in every step of their progression.

Support Style:

  • You have frequent direct-message access and ongoing communication, with adjustments made whenever needed.
    You are always supported, always guided, and never uncertain about what to do next.
  • You also receive as-required Microsoft Teams video calls for whatever you need — a premium Tier 3 feature.

  • Everything in Tier 2
  • Nutrition Coaching:
    Dedicated nutrition coaching to fuel training, enhance energy, and develop strong, evidence-based nutrition habits.
  • High-Touch Coaching Relationship:
    Rapid adjustments, regular communication, and real-time video coaching sessions when needed — for cycling coaching, strength training technique, movement correction, nutrition guidance, feedback, and on-the-spot adjustments across any area you need support with.

Start-Up:

Everything from Tier 2, plus elevated onboarding and higher-touch planning to ensure absolute clarity and full integration from day one.
