Each coaching tier is built using The Winning Edge Method and designed to help you progress smoothly toward C-Grade performance, with support options tailored to how much structure and guidance you want.

D-Grade Rider Profile

Training load: 2–5 hours per week
Typical riding: 2–4 rides; endurance, group, and introductory interval training
Rider type: Recreational rider building structure and consistency

On-Bike Training

Develop structured weekly riding habits through endurance work and interval training to build aerobic capacity, improve consistency, and establish the foundation needed for higher-level performance.

Strength Training

Support Style:

  • You have message access when you need help, guidance, reassurance, or adjustments — plus a fortnightly Microsoft Teams call for deeper review and planning.
