Each coaching tier is built using The Winning Edge Method and designed to help you progress smoothly toward B-Grade performance, with support options tailored to how much structure, precision, and guidance you want.

C-Grade Rider Profile

Ride Duration: 5–8 hrs/week
Typical Riding: 3–5 structured rides

On-Bike Training

A Winning Edge Method program designed for riders entering performance-focused training — simple to follow, structured, and built for progression.

Tier 1 is a pre-made, non-individualised program created using the same evidence-based principles behind my full coaching system. You receive a clear, structured plan that reflects what a developing C-Grade rider needs, without the complexity of direct coach support.

Perfect for riders who want purposeful training and predictable progression, while managing their riding independently.

Support Style:

  • Self-managed with no coach communication, but every session includes clear instructions so you always understand the purpose and how it contributes to your development.

    Choose between structured outdoor sessions or indoor smart-trainer/eSports workouts.
  • Strength & Conditioning:
    Two gym-based strength sessions per week that introduce heavy strength training, focusing on movement quality and foundational lifting patterns.

    A practical nutrition plan to help you fuel training, support recovery, and maintain consistent fuelling as workload increases.
  • Built-In Education:
    Each session includes session purpose, technique guidance, and nutrition education to support performance and recovery.

Tier 2

Personalised Performance

$145/week
24 weeks – $3,480 total

A personalised coaching experience designed entirely around your life, goals, and current C-Grade performance level.

Tier 2 follows The Winning Edge Method, ensuring your cycling training, strength development, nutrition foundations, and lifestyle structure progress together in a purposeful, performance-focused way.

This tier is ideal for riders who want tailored programming, consistent support, and structured guidance as they move into more serious performance development — without the full intensity of Tier 3.

Support Style:

  • You have message access when you need help, guidance, reassurance, or adjustments — plus a fortnightly Microsoft Teams call for deeper review and planning.

Tier 3 is the most comprehensive coaching experience available. You receive full-access communication, integrated strength coaching, nutrition coaching, and training updated as required — ensuring every part of your development aligns with The Winning Edge Method.

Ideal for riders who want deep involvement from their coach and the highest level of support to accelerate their progression.

Support Style:

  • You have frequent direct-message access and ongoing communication, with adjustments made whenever needed.
    You are always supported, always guided, and never uncertain about what to do next.
  • You also receive as-required Microsoft Teams video calls for whatever you need — a premium Tier 3 feature.
